		<description><![CDATA[Actually, they don&#039;t pop or come flying out.  Just put about a 1/3 cup of nuts in at a time so that they swirl and self mix when the air is on.  That way all of the nuts are roasted evenly.  You can watch them getting brown through the clear acrylic.]]></description>
