sounds delicious! one of our favorites has been olive oil gelato with balsamic strawberries… I agree: olive oil definitely works in ice cream.

Another simply delicious ice cream treat that will surprise you…

Since I am an importer of extra virgin olive oil, I try it on absolutely everything! I found that this is a simple dinner party dessert that is sure to please both the guests and the host.

Good vanilla ice cream
slivered, toasted almonds
drizzle with “Tutti Amici” cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Mmmmm, this looks fantastic! I’ve been eyeing this recipe in The Perfect Scoop but have not made it yet – definitely need to give it a try!
