Cant wait to try this. I think I’ll replace the carrots with sweet potato & throw in some small white beans (of choice). Parsnips would be a good addition as well

Great, comforting soup. I think I sometimes do that; cook something with the same ingredients but still with a different variation. I couldn’t find farro so spelt is the next choice.
