		<description><![CDATA[I have a short list of foods that I don&#039;t like historically:  frog legs, sea cucumber, and goat.  The one time I tried goat was back in culinary school and I disliked it because it hadn&#039;t been cooked long enough.  Haven&#039;t tried it since then.

But now I wish I could find a good goat farmer!  This looks and sounds absolutely delicious.  (And a big YES on the veal stock!)
